A cuvée we'll never make again
QV5 was born in 2023, a year the family grew: the Brunets' fifth grandchild came into the world on the very day this crémant was harvested. QV5 is a discreet nod to that happy coincidence.
A Crémant de Loire Blanc de Noir Extra-Brut, entirely hand-harvested in crates to protect the fruit all the way to pressing.

Why it's unique
Because it was produced only once, in 2023, and will never be made again: when the last bottles are gone, that's it. Every bottle is, quite literally, the last of its story — perfect with an aperitif, seafood, oysters or a simple moment to share.
