The estate

A story of family and transmission

From father to sons since 1971, on the slopes of Vouvray. Two generations, the same craft, the same love of welcoming people.

Two generations

Founded in 1971 by Marcel Brunet, the estate is run today by his sons, Thomas and Julien.

Together they tend 26 hectares of vines in the heart of the Vouvray appellation, farmed with respect for the environment — a commitment recognised by the Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE 3) certification.

Thomas and Julien master every step, from vine to bottle: pruning, winemaking, disgorging, all done with passion, right here at the estate.

Pressing

From grape to vat, it all happens here.

The grapes reach the press the same day they are picked. Gentle pressing, settling, fermentation: every stage is carried out at the estate, at our own pace, to keep the freshness and finesse of the chenin.

Harvest time

The same appointment, every year.

For a few weeks, the whole team comes together to bring in the harvest. One exception: our QV5 cuvée, picked entirely by hand, grape by grape, to preserve the fruit right through to pressing.
